Eddie and Wendy Mills have called Southwest Florida home for more than twenty-five years.

Eddie began his career framing homes in Virginia while putting himself through Christopher Newport University. He later spent seven years in North Carolina’s Outer Banks, where he learned firsthand how to build and remodel homes that could withstand one of the country’s harshest coastal environments while operating a successful remodeling company.

In the early 2000s, Eddie and Wendy settled on Pine Island, where they built not only a home, but a family. Since then, Eddie has been building and renovating homes throughout Southwest Florida’s barrier islands, including Pine Island, North Captiva, and Cayo Costa, believing every home should be built to meet the unique demands of coastal living. Having weathered hurricanes in both the Outer Banks and Florida, he understands firsthand what it takes to build homes that stand up to wind, water, and time.

Today, Saltwater Homes & Remodeling remains a family-owned company built on quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and the belief that every every project deserves the same care and attention we would give our own home.
